2. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files that websites store on a user’s device when they visit a page. They enable, for example, maintaining a session, remembering preferences (language/market), facilitating the shopping basket and checkout process, and, if the user consents, carrying out analytics and displaying personalised advertising or measuring the effectiveness of campaigns.
We may also use similar technologies (for example, pixels or tags) for equivalent purposes.
3. What cookies do we use and for what purpose?
We use first-party and third-party cookies on our websites. Depending on their purpose, they are grouped into the following categories:
A) Strictly necessary (technical) cookies
These are essential for the website to function and to provide the services requested by the user (for example: security, fraud prevention, session management, shopping basket, checkout and payments).
These cookies do not require consent, as without them the website cannot function properly.
Common examples: session cookies, shopping basket/checkout cookies and security cookies associated with the e-commerce platform (e.g. VTEX) and essential services.
B) Functionality cookies
These enable the site to remember information in order to offer enhanced and personalised features (e.g. language, region/market, browsing preferences or site features).
These cookies are only activated if the user enables them where required.
C) Performance / analytics cookies
These enable us to measure and analyse website usage (e.g. pages visited, events, errors, performance) in order to improve our services and the user experience.
These cookies are only activated if the user accepts them.
In our case, we may use tools such as Google Analytics.
D) Advertising / marketing cookies
These are used to:
• Measure campaigns and conversions,
• Limit the repetition of adverts,
• Carry out remarketing,
• Display more relevant content and offers.
These cookies are only activated if the user accepts them.
In our case, technologies from Google Ads, Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) and Connectif (automation/marketing, e.g. newsletters and personalisation) may be used.
E) Unclassified cookies
These are cookies that have been detected but are pending classification or do not yet fit into a category. They will remain disabled until they have been correctly categorised or until the user expressly accepts them.
4. Which third parties may set cookies?
In addition to first-party cookies, there may be third-party cookies associated with:
• The e-commerce platform and essential services (e.g. VTEX and checkout components),
• Analytics (e.g. Google Analytics),
• Advertising/measurement (e.g. Google Ads, Meta),
• Marketing automation/personalisation (e.g. Connectif).
These third parties may process browser/device information in accordance with their own policies.
5. How is consent managed?
We use a consent management system (CookieScript) that allows the user to:
• Accept all non-essential cookies,
• Reject all non-essential cookies,
• Configure their preferences by category.
Users can amend or withdraw their consent at any time via the permanent ‘Configure cookies’ link (or equivalent) available on the site.
6. List of cookies (updated statement)
The updated list of cookies (name, provider, purpose, duration and category) is displayed:
• In the CookieScript settings panel, and/or
• In the Cookie Statement included on this page (if enabled).
Recommendation: keep the “Cookie Statement” generated by CookieScript here so that the list is always automatically updated.

7. How do I disable cookies in my browser?
As well as via the settings panel, you can block or delete cookies directly from your browser. Please note that if you block strictly necessary cookies, the site may not function correctly (shopping basket/checkout).
